Maintenance Mode

Maintenance Mode is either set to on or off.

Whilst maintenance mode is on (MODE_MAINT / 0) it's inaccessible to anyone who's not logged in. Whilst it's off (MODE_LIVE / 1) your website is accessible as normal.
